Books by Tom Marshall

Biography

Tom Marshall, who died in 1993, was born in Ayrshire Scotland, but moved to New Zealand with his parents. In the early 1960s he became involved in the Charismatic Renewal movement in New Zealand and left the Baptist Church to form a house church. He founded Kapiti Christian Center, and also established Servant Industries Trust, and was founding editor of Today's Christian magazine, originally The Shaker. He traveled extensively and taught at Bible colleges, conferences, public and business seminars, and Youth with a Mission schools.

Tom Marshall

Marshall's books include Healing from the Inside Out and Living in the Freedom of the Spirit. His book Right Relationships has been universally acclaimed as one of the best treatments of this subject and has become a standard textbook of relationships worldwide. This book not only addresses the nature of relationships and the factors which make them work, but also the startling biblical dynamic of restoration in those that have gone wrong.

After Tom left New Zealand and settled in Sydney we attended some of his seminars on "What on earth is the Kingdom?" and other gatherings. We found him to be a gifted teacher, and a Godly, fatherly man - one on whom I would be glad to model my own life.
